LearnAI ("we," "our," or "the service") provides AI-guided interactive learning: personalized courses, lessons, progress tracking, and certificates. By using the service you accept these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for everything that happens under it.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass others, spam, train competing models, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service's operation.

AI usage is metered in credits sold as one-time packs through Stripe. We may grant promotional or daily bonus credits at our discretion.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire.

What you type into lessons is yours. Courses the AI generates for you are yours to learn from and share via course links.

Certificates verify your completion inside LearnAI. They are not accredited qualifications.

Lessons are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. They are educational content, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything you rely on.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms or created risk for the platform.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, when we can, emailed to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.
